According to reports, Apple executives are in discussions with Indian government representatives about moving some iPad manufacture from China to India. Sources familiar with the matter said that although no firm arrangements have been made, discussions are actively taking place. It’s anticipated that the action will increase Apple’s production capacity in India. Apple will overtake Samsung as the top exporter of smartphones by the end of the upcoming fiscal year. Apple supplied over 1.2 million Indian-made devices in the second quarter of 2022.
