Revolt Motors, a maker of electric vehicles, has been fully acquired by RattanIndia Enterprises, a flagship company of the RattanIndia Group.
The RV 400 and the RV 300 are two different sustainable mobility vehicles that Revolt Motors manufactures. Manesar, Haryana, is home to its manufacturing facility. Following the acquisition, RattanIndia Enterprises will possess a 100% stake in Revolt, and it plans to greatly accelerate Revolt’s growth. With 3.24kWh lithium-ion batteries with 0% fuel residue, Revolt boasts that their electric motorcycles have covered more than 20 million miles on Indian roads. The nation’s market for electric vehicles is anticipated to be worth $1,434 billion by 2021, according to a Mordor Intelligence analysis. By 2027, the market is projected to increase at a CAGR of 47.09%, reaching $15,397 billion.
