A new feature that Instagram has introduced may help with account access problems. In order to help accounts having access problems, Instagram has announced the opening of a “hacked” hub.
Instagram is also making a feature more accessible so that users have more options for getting back into their accounts if they lose access. Previously, the social networking service had started testing a feature that allowed users to request identification confirmation from friends in order to recover access to their accounts. This option is now accessible to everyone. Instagram also plans to alert users if they get a Direct Message (DM) from a fake account pretending to be a company.
