The Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi (FMS) has concluded the final placement process for the batch of 2022 with the highest average CTC of Rs 32.4 lakh. A total of 257 took part in this placement process out of 269. Like last year, the institute was able to achieve 100 per cent placement this year too. The average CTC increased to Rs 32.4 lakh with a 24 per cent increment and the median CTC rose to Rs 30 lakh with an increase of 25 per cent; achieving an all-time high across both the metrics. The average CTC of the top quartile stood at Rs. 48.4 lakh and 95 per cent of the offers made were above Rs. 20 lakh.
As many as 28 new recruiters including, Adani, Avendus Capital, Crisil, Deloitte, FinIQ, Jio, KPMG, Nykaa, Ola, PwC India, Swiggy, participated in the FMS Delhi 2022 placements. Similar to the previous placement sessions, Consulting & General Management shared 35 per cent of the offers made in the outgoing placement session. Operations/IT/E-commerce collectively had an offer weightage of 29 per cent. Sales & Marketing and Banking & Finance had a 20 per cent and 16 per cent share in the total placement offers at FMS Delhi .
Under the FMS placements 2022, as many as 12 students have been given the the placement holiday of two years. Placement holiday or deferred placements helps students to continue their entrepreneurial journey. In case their startup fail, the students can return within two years to sit for the placements.
