Vinod Rai has named Kalyan Jewellers chairman, Mr. Rai was the former Comptroller and Auditor General of India.
Kalyan Jewelers India Ltd has declared the board approval for the appointment of Vinod Rai as the Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of the organization.
The appointment will be liable for acquiring essential administrative and investors’ endorsements.
T.S. Kalyanaraman will continue as Managing Director on the board.
