In the coming years, Ola Electric plans to create 10–12 variants of two-wheeled electric vehicles and at least 4-5 kinds of four-wheeled EVs. Additionally, it will decide on the various price ranges for EV motorcycles. The company’s first electric vehicle would cost INR 40 lakh, according to Business Standard, and subsequent EV items will cost INR 5 lakh each. According to an Ola executive, “We will offer electric vehicles that are priced between INR 1 lakh and INR 40 lakh, spanning every range and form.” A corporate representative claims that the firm has made the decision to quadruple the manufacturing facility’s capacity, boosting two-wheeler output from 1 million to 4 million annually.
