The US technology giant Microsoft is continuing its efforts to forge relationships with up-and-coming companies in the South Asian sector by announcing Thursday that it will work with the Indian space agency to offer free cloud tools to Indian space tech startups.
A memorandum of understanding between Microsoft and the Indian Space Research Organization states that the business will aid in the go-to-market and enterprise readiness of space tech startups. Startups who have been chosen by ISRO will be onboarded to the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub platform, where they will have unlimited access to a range of tools and services. Included in these technologies are GitHub Enterprise, Visual Studio Enterprise, Microsoft 365 and Power BI, Dynamics 365, and assistance with Azure development and scaling.
