Web-based commerce organization Meesho has declared the appointment of Debdoot Mukherjee as chief data scientist, said a statement.
Mukherjee will regulate the organization’s endeavors to make every pillar of the e-commerce marketplace smarter and more productive with the utilization of AI. He will lead the present 30-member strong AI team at Meesho and strengthen it by 3x by the end of the year.
Mukherjee joins the firm with more than 14 years of experience in developing large-scale recommender frameworks. Earlier, he held numerous positions of authority at organizations like ShareChat, Hike and Myntra.
