B2B SaaS platform CleverTap raised $105 million in Series D funding, which was headed by Canadian investment firm CDPQ and included participation from IIFL AMC’s Tech Fund, current investors Tiger Global, and Sequoia India. An AI-driven business-to-business platform called CleverTap helps companies analyse user behaviour and provide personalised notifications to their clients. Essentially, it helps organisations increase customer involvement. With the additional funding, CleverTap intends to broaden its reach internationally and enhance its technology selection. Over 12,000 clients from more than 100 nations are reportedly handled by CleverTap. Gojek, ShopX, Canon, Electronic Arts, TED, the English Premier League, TD Bank, Carousell, and AirAsia are just a few of its customers.
