Elon Musk, the CEO of Twitter, ran a poll on the social media site asking users if they wanted former US President Donald Trump to return. Trump’s account had been suspended by Twitter after the attack on the US Capitol last year, but Musk declared in May that he would reverse the restriction. Users’ responses to Musk’s poll, though, were conflicting. Twitter has restored the accounts of US comedian Kathy Griffin and scholar Jordan Peterson, as was previously announced. Additionally, the satirical website Babylon Bee’s account was reinstated.
