Agritech startup Produze raised $2.6 million in its seed fundraising round, which was led by Accel and included participation from All In Capital, Thirukumaran Nagarajan and Kartheeswaran KK from Ninjacart, Anilkumar SG from Sammunati, Pawan Gupta and Abhishek Sharma from Fashinza, Pushkar Mukewar from Drip Capital, Angad Kikla, Naisheel Verdhan, and Rahul Gill from CityMall, Ranjith Mukundan from Stellapps and Pravin Jadhav from DhanHQ.
Agricultural producers can sell directly to worldwide retailers with Produze and increase their profit margins. In the meantime, it helps foreign stores acquire fresh produce of a higher standard and at more affordable costs. Produze plans to digitise the entire cross-border supply chain and utilise the funds to increase its sourcing and distribution capacities.
