The CEO of WhatsApp Pay India, Vinay Choleti, has resigned. He has only been in this position for four months. This information was released by Choleti on social media. He is the fourth top official in a month and a half to leave Meta in India. Ajit Mohan, the organization’s country head, earlier quit the job in November.
Following Mohan, the heads of Meta India’s public policy and WhatsApp India’s Abhijit Bose both announced their resignations last month.
On LinkedIn, Choleti shared information on quitting WhatsApp. “Today was my last day on WhatsApp; I’ve left the firm,” he tweeted. I can say with pride that it has been a wonderful experience to observe WhatsApp’s scope and effects in India.
Choleti worked at Amazon before joining WhatsApp.
