Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s S P Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) announced a Rs 23.6 lakh average CTC, a 20% increment in the last year for members of the Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) Class of 2021.
The average CTC of this year’s top 25% and top 50% of the batch are Rs 31 lakh and Rs 28.7 lakh respectively.
PGPM is a one-year full-time AICTE-endorsed chief program (preceded by 90 days of online learning) for experts with five years of work insight and strong domain skills who wish to speed up their professions into influential positions in everyday administration.
The placement process included 75 organizations and 130 participants. This season saw dynamic interest across assorted organizations, with counseling representing 51% of the recruiting, and technology for 39%.
A few new organizations joined the cycle this year. Recruiters included Accenture, Bain, Bristlecone, Cognizant, Redington, Robosoft Technologies, Sapient, Stovecraft, Thoucentric, Flipkart, IBM, Indegene, Infosys Consulting, KPMG, LTI, O9Solutions, Tiger Analytics, and Xpressbees among others. Dr Varun Nagaraj, SPJIMR’s Dean, said, “It is heartening to see these results in a difficult Covid-hit year. We are confident that India Inc. will benefit from the drive and innovation that our participants will bring to their organisations”.
