The employees stock option plan (ESOP) pool of wealthtech startup Scripbox was expanded by adding 2,94,808 new stock options.
A wealthtech platform called Scripbox provides individual investors with investing options including mutual funds, NPS, term deposits, and more. According to the company’s regulatory filings, the amount of options granted under the 2013 Scripbox Employees Stock Option Plan increased from 9,14,918 to 12,09,726. The value of its ESOP pool has grown by INR 64.6 Cr based on its most recent investment round and its current share price of INR 2,194.
