ONDC to Launch UP-ODOP Products in Bengaluru

According to T Koshy, the project’s chief executive, UP One District One Product (UP-ODOP) products will be sent to Bengaluru through the government’s ambitious eCommerce project, Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), in the upcoming week. The D2C logistics unicorn Shiprocket is now live on the government’s digital commerce project, the ONDC CEO also declared in a LinkedIn post. Beginning the following week, the purchasing apps Craftsvilla, Mystore, and Spice Money would deliver UP-ODOP products to Bengaluru. According to T Koshy, CEO of ONDC, “Shiprocket has gone live on the ONDC network, making intercity delivery a reality in ONDC,” and to augment intercity deliveries, ONDC is integrating Ekart Logistics, the logistics division of e-commerce giant Flipkart.
