Ola has announced that it will be entering the luxury electric vehicle market with a fleet of 10,000 vehicles. In the upcoming weeks, the new category pilot will officially start, according to the corporation.
Ola’s new premium fleet, according to the firm, will be run by top-rated drivers and include advantages like 100% ride assurance following cab allocation, 0% cancellations, and 100% cashless payments. Along with standard cabs and vehicles, the EV service will be accessible on the Ola app as a separate category. Ola would purchase vehicles and lease them to drivers, who would receive both a fixed salary and variable incentive.
