The edtech behemoth BYJU’s has been contacted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs to provide an explanation for why the audited financial statements for FY21 were not filed on time.
This comes after news reports 10 days ago claiming that the edtech titan will reveal its financial results “within a week” once its auditor Deloitte had concluded its audit. The ministry wrote to BYJU’s earlier this month to explain the almost a year and a half delay in filing its audited financial statements.
