Edtech Simplilearn raised $45 million in new funding, with participation from Clal Insurance, DisruptAD, and ADQ’s venture platform. GSV Ventures, a worldwide venture capital firm with an emphasis on edtech, led the fundraising effort. Professionals can develop their knowledge and obtain certifications in the rapidly increasing digital industries by taking one of Simplilearn’s digital skilling courses. These programmes are created in collaboration with academic institutions including Purdue University, Wharton Online, IIT Roorkee, and IIT Kanpur, as well as technology-focused businesses like IBM, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, and KPMG. Simplilearn claims that in addition to the more than 120,000 paid B2C learners who have subsequently joined, their platform has also attracted 100,000 new enterprise learners.
