Dialect based hyperlocal OTT platform STAGE raised rs. 40 crore in funding led by Blume Ventures

The hyperlocal, dialect-based OTT platform STAGE has raised Rs 40 crore in funding, with participation from NB Ventures, Dholakia Ventures, TSM Ventures, WeFounderCircle, and others. Blume Ventures served as the lead investor.

The fundraising round also included participation from Mumbai Angels, Tarmac Ventures, Tailwind Ventures, Longtail Ventures, Lets Ventures, and AngelList.

Better Capital, IPV, TCA, Venture Catalysts, and a few angel investors are among the current investors who took part, according to a statement from the company.

The most recent investment round brings the total amount raised by the company to Rs 71 crore, up from Rs 31 crore earlier.

The company announced in a statement that “STAGE, has raised Rs 40 crore in funding led by Blume Ventures with participation from NB Ventures, Dholakia Ventures, TSM Ventures, WeFounderCircle, Mumbai Angels, Tarmac Ventures, Tailwind Ventures, Longtail Ventures, Lets Ventures and AngelList.”
