Goodera, a platform for CSR technology, raised $10 million from a number of investors, including Zoom Ventures, Elevation Capital, Binny Bansal’s Xto10X, Nexus Venture Partners, and Omidyar Network.
Initially, Goodera developed a platform for Indian corporations to track their investments in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and evaluate their social impact. With this purchase, Zoom Ventures, the investment arm of the US-based video conferencing platform Zoom, made its first investment in India. The company wants to invest money to grow its team, technology, and catalogue by 2025 in order to serve over 100 million employees.
