Just to let you know, the Delhi High Court has already summoned Ashneer Grover and Madhuri Jain in a lawsuit BharatPe has filed against them. The cofounder, according to the fintech company, has been waging a “vicious and venomous campaign” against it on the microblogging platform. Grover’s legal counsel countered that they were never served with a lawsuit.
